Once we receive the screenshot, we will process your refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and may take up to one week to be reflected in your account.
Why Do We Need a Screenshot?
When you make a payment with Apple Pay or Google Pay, a virtual token (or card number) is generated for security purposes, instead of using your actual physical card number. To process your refund, we need to confirm that the payment method used is valid and can be linked back to the original payment source. The screenshot of your virtual card helps us ensure that the refund is issued to the correct payment method, keeping your financial details secure.
